You’ll get to select colours, scenic canvas options for extra views, and decide on any extras like windows, lighting, or integrated bed platforms.

Secure Your Booking.
Once you’re happy with your choices, we’ll confirm your workshop date and lock it into our schedule.
At this stage, we take a materials deposit, which goes directly towards ordering your roof, canvas, and any additional parts you’ve chosen.
This ensures everything is in stock and ready for your installation day, keeping the process smooth and on time. You’ll receive a confirmation with all the details, so you know exactly what to expect.
Installation Day.
On installation day, you’ll bring your van to our Manchester workshop, where it will be in safe hands from start to finish.
Our accredited team carefully prepares your vehicle, precisely cuts the roof aperture, and installs the pop-top using manufacturer-approved methods.
Every seal, fixing, and finish is completed to the highest standard, ensuring your new roof is watertight, secure, and built to last.
We treat every van as if it were our own, so you can drive away with total confidence.
Quality Checks.
Before you collect your van, we carry out a full inspection of your new pop-top roof. This includes leak-testing, checking every seal, hinge, and latch, and ensuring the bed platform operates smoothly.
We also test the roof mechanism multiple times to make sure it opens and closes perfectly.
Only when we’re completely satisfied that your pop-top roof meets our quality standards do we sign it off for the final payment.

Handover & Demo.
During the handover, we take the time to walk you through everything you need to know about your new pop-top roof.

You’ll also get practical tips for cleaning, caring for the canvas, and keeping the seals in great condition.
