Renault Trafic Pop Top Campervan Conversion.
Short and long wheelbase, 2014 on – converted in Bury by accredited Drivelodge and Skyline pop top fitters.
The Trafic is the van the others are copies of. Vauxhall’s Vivaro, the Nissan NV300, the Fiat Talento and the Nissan Primastar were all built on the same shell from 2014, which is why a roof cut for a Trafic fits all of them. What catches people out is 2019: Vauxhall moved the Vivaro onto the Citroën Dispatch platform, while the Trafic carried on as a Trafic. So a 2019-on Trafic and a 2019-on Vivaro are no longer the same van and no longer take the same roof. We fit accredited Drivelodge and Skyline roofs to the Trafic in short and long wheelbase, with a 5 year warranty on every roof.
The Essentials Pop Top Package.
The Essentials Pop Top Package turns a Trafic into a dependable campervan with nothing in it you will not use. Your van gets an accredited Drivelodge or Skyline pop top roof with a bed in it, Dodo insulation with sound deadening, ply lining and full carpeting to floor, walls and ceiling, vinyl flooring, a rock & roll bed, and a compact kitchen with sink, hob and a 50L fridge. An Autoterm 2kW diesel heater and a 12v electrical system finish it off.

The Comfort Pop Top Package suits a Trafic that gets proper use. It carries everything in the Essentials build and moves the bed to a bifolding design that frees up floor space, with a fuller kitchen and a bigger electrical system for longer spells off hook-up. The Trafic’s long wheelbase gives this layout more to work with than most vans its size.

It takes the Comfort specification and adds the upgrades that make a van feel finished rather than converted – Victron electrics for dependable off-grid power, Autoterm diesel heating, and the higher-end interior finishes from our own CNC furniture shop.

Your campervan should work the way you live. Every unit is drawn in CAD and cut on our own CNC machine in Bury, laid out around the Trafic’s own wheel arches and panel lines rather than trimmed to fit on the day, with storage, seating and sleeping arranged to suit how you actually use the van.
