Sound Deadening Layer:
The base of DEADN DUO Pro uses a dense 2mm butyl rubber sheet that reduces panel resonance and vibration. By using more pure butyl and fewer mineral fillers, this layer provides stronger vibration damping and superior noise reduction compared to standard mats. Installed on a van or car floor, it eliminates unwanted structural noise and rattles.
 
Insulation Layer:
Bonded to the deadening base is a 5mm layer of Dodo Super Liner closed cell foam. This thermo-acoustic insulation reduces airborne noise and provides thermal stability, helping maintain consistent cabin temperatures throughout the year. It also reduces the risk of condensation, making it ideal for campervan and motorhome conversions.
