By applying Dodo Mat products in just a few steps, you can dramatically improve cabin comfort, reduce road noise, and stabilise temperatures.
This kit is suitable for popular vans such as VW T4/T5/T6, VW Caravelle, VW Type 2/T25/T3, Mercedes Vito, and Ford Transit. Note: Sound deadening is typically applied at 40–50% coverage; larger or windowed vans may require additional top-up packs.
 
Installation Process:
Apply Dodo Mat DEADN Hex to single-skin steel areas such as side panels, wheel arches, and rear doors. This peel & stick layer effectively deadens vibrations without unnecessary mass.
Add a secondary layer of Dodo Super Liner to the sides and roof (or floor for pop-tops). This dense 6mm closed-cell foam regulates cabin temperature and enhances acoustic insulation.
The result is a quieter, more refined campervan with improved ride quality and greater interior comfort.
